Posh At Play gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Please Note: If returned items are not in the original purchase condition, your refund will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
*Returns must be started within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

We will email you a prepaid label once you have started a return or exchange. Please send the item back within 14 days of your purchase. All items must be un-washed, un-worn and in original purchase condition with tags attached. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
