THE COOLEST BLOCK IN AMERICA
GQ magazine has referred to it as "the coolest block in America", and this is not overstated. Abbott Kinney in Venice Beach California has just about everything the young, hip and aesthetically focused crowd desires. Bizarre people, eclectic, vintage style and outstanding restaurants, all sustainably sourced of course. This is pop culture everywhere you look in vivid 3-D display. But don't think this place lacks history, the street is named after Abbott Kinney the 19th. Century visionary who decided to build a replica of his favorite city, Venice Italy on the beach in California. Add to this fun fact the charm of each storefront being housed in what was a circa 1905 home and you have a shopping experience like no other, sure you might pay $50 for a basic t-shirt but trust me you won't mind.
It is not everyday you see a store front like this.
